Beyondbyte was founded by directors who have a life long passion for electronics and computer systems. They have been tinkering, upgrading and servicing all sorts of electronic hardware and software since the early 90s and has seen generations of equipment come and go.

They started working with electronic repairs, repairing and upgrading consumer devices in the mid 2000s in all areas. Other roles included phone support and customer service for modified PCs and gaming consoles. They also spent some time at the helpdesk of an internet service provider so have deep understanding of internet and networking technologies. After completing various networking, software and hardware courses though various instituations they moved onto the managed services industry. Where they spent 6 years at one of the oldest MSPs in Adelaide servicing various small-medium sizes businesses across SA. It was then time to start their own business doing what they do best- providing affordable IT services to everyday people in plain English!
